Account Executive (AE)
The Account Executive sales position offers potential candidates the opportunity to establish superior selling skills, offer a large business solution in a small business environment, and grow into a senior sales position by gaining valuable experience selling to executive level decision makers — CEO, CFO, President, and Vice President of Finance. This outside sales position is focused on new business acquisition. The overnight shipping industry has an unlimited prospect base in a global market with minimal competition. The Worldwide Express value proposition delivers a best in class solution for customers, while also reducing their operating cost. This Account Executive position is the start of a career path that creates consistent personal and professional growth as well as a great income opportunity.

Key Account Executive (KAE)
The Key Account Executive position has seen rapid growth and is quickly becoming a cornerstone position in markets all across the country. A multifaceted sales opportunity, the Key Account Executive is responsible for managing a base of assigned business customers, as well as working along side of Account Executives in securing and maintaining new business. This consultative position is often seen in their respective markets as the expert in our business as it relates to selling and setting up international importing and exporting customers, as well as having a comprehensive understanding of all around transportation and account logistics. Primary responsibilities include: setting appointments and performing reviews with existing customers, conducting strategic pricing analysis, selling additional services to existing customers, and proactively monitoring assigned customer accounts.

Major Account Executive (MAE)
The Major Account Executive position is one of account acquisition and niche specific focus. The overnight express and logistics industry is filled with endless possibilities. A successful Major Account Executive on any given day will face multiple opportunities in transportation, be it domestic overnight express, international importing, international exporting, expedited and deferred domestic and global delivery requests. The Major Account Executive understands all the benefits of the Worldwide Express services and knows which value solution to sell to each specific account. They have seen enough of what works and what doesn’t to be able to readily target niche customers. Considered a Senior Sales Position in the ranks of Worldwide Express, the MAE is responsible for individual sales production and in many cases also assumes a “team captain” role as it relates to assisting Sales Management in leadership development and field training.

Strategic Account Sales Executive (SAS)
The Strategic Account Sales position is a “best of the best” sales position in Worldwide Express. All SAS Executives are hand selected on an annual basis by the Worldwide Express Executive Development Team at our corporate offices in Dallas, TX. This invitation only position is critical to the continued growth and the development of our national sales force, as many of the concepts and best practices taught on the national level stem from the practices of these select individuals. As our company grows beyond the express shipping model, and expands into other facets of the transportation industry, those that make up the Strategic Account Sales force are on the forefront, leading the transformation, and setting the tone for the way that we do business, today and in the future.

Field Sales Management (FSM)
This entry tier into our Management Program appropriately begins in the field. The Field Sales Manager position is a junior level management position with the purpose of imprinting and inspecting daily expectations among our new hires and existing sales executives as it relates to productivity in the field. This position is typically a promotion from within from a Major Account Executive position, as the Field Sales Manager needs to be a master of the five critical areas of new business development, as well a proficient teacher of value solutions that best fit our customer’s needs.

District Sales Management (DSM)
The District Sales Management position is responsible for managing overall district growth and development of district sales personnel. This position requires dedication and proficiency, as well as a mastering of all the basic and advanced selling techniques taught through the Worldwide Express Corporate Development Trainings. Recruiting, hiring, training, and establishing accountability both for sales and customer relations are all part of the District Sales Management responsibility. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. For dedicated individuals who thrive on teaching and the development of others around them, the District Sales Management position offers a challenging and extremely rewarding opportunity.

Regional Sales Management (RSM)
The Regional Sales Management position is one with a core focus on team depth, development, accountability and execution. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the weekly and monthly production of all districts that report within their respective region. A Regional Sales Manager must be able to execute all the fundamental tasks and sales techniques for each position that falls under the Regional Sales Management direct reporting. The position includes, but is not limited to: recruiting, hiring, training, personnel assessment and development, and sales forecasting for district and regional growth projections and strategy. The Regional Sales Manager must be an exceptional team leader and have shown proven results in all aspects of individual sales as well as District Management duties.
